A family holiday at Hotel Lo Scoiattolo provides you with an excellent starting point for discovering Piedmont. From here, you are close to Turin, to see its sights and monuments from the time of the Baroque era and the House of Savoy, to visit its unique museums and stroll along its fashionable shopping streets. Equally fascinating are excursions to the wonders of the Langhe and the Roero, the town of Alba with its famous wines, and the breathtaking landscapes with castles and palaces which bear witness to the culture and history of our region.
We also suggest an itinerary, perhaps less popular, but just as rich and amazing. Departing from Pralormo, on a hill marking the border between the Provinces of Turin and Roero, you drive the “Strade di Colori e Sapori” (Roads of Tastes and Colours). This route takes you through the Chierese area, a very attractive district in terms of landscape, farming, history, and local crafts and culture.
