
Yes! Torino quality for travellers is a quality award for hotels promoted
by Torino Chamber of Commerce Torino and Torino Province.
In order to become a Yes! hotel, the hotels in Torino and the province must fulfil over 400 conditions
divided into three categories: facilities, hospitality and service and the environment.
Requirements regarding facilities : this regards aspects such as accessibility,
availability and standard of adequate space, availability of equipment and supplies, halls, amenities
and furnishings and standards of cleanliness. These requirements are divided into 9 sub-categories:
Requirements regarding hospitality and service: these include aspects such as fairness, courtesy,
helpfulness, efficiency, punctuality and professional service, demonstrated in the various services on offer,
such as booking, room allocation, use of a service or providing useful information for your stay.
These two areas of assessment vary according to the category of hotel,
and are classified as obligatory,
optional or plus points.
A one-star hotel is therefore obliged to fulfil fewer obligatory criteria,
while hotels in a higher category have more obligatory requirements and fewer optional ones.
